Fraser Lockhart, a proud Chelsea resident of six years. Fraser grew up just across the border in Ontario, making him a long-time Michigan neighbor, and he has since lived in several Canadian and U.S. cities, gaining a wide perspective on people and leadership along the way. Fraser has a passion for supporting leaders and teams in becoming more effective in how they work, communicate, and grow together. His coaching approach has been shaped by the many great leaders he has had the privilege to learn from throughout his career. He is a certified business, executive, and change coach who helps organizations strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and empower people to reach their full potential. Fraser is committed to helping create environments where people can truly thrive. |

Kristen Chandler is the Project Success Coordinator for Trinity Health and works with the schools. Marie Larson is Mental Health Coordinator for the school district and works on professional development and community partnerships. They're working with the 50 8th grade "Wellness Warriors" to launch the Peacemaker Award program at Beach Middle that Chelsea Rotary is sponsoring.
