Alzheimer's Association

After retiring from a career as a scientist and business owner, Jim Mangi became deeply involved in dementia awareness and education. He is a volunteer community educator and conference speaker with the Alzheimer’s Association, and he chairs Dementia Friendly Saline, a nonprofit that focuses on educating the community so that people living with dementia can live with less difficulty and more acceptance. Additionally, Jim is a caregiver for his wife, who is living with Younger Onset Alzheimer’s Disease.
