This Just In! Chelsea Rotarians Spread Holiday Cheer Throughout Community
In this season of goodwill, our club has been out and about spreading holiday cheer with a Rotary spin.
We delivered holiday gifts to the family we sponsored through Faith in Action.
We collected gift cards for veterans and high school students in need.
We continued to pick up day's end baked goods from Panera and delivered them to the St. Louis Center.
We decorated a downtown Chelsea light pole with Rotary swag as part of the Chamber's Hometown Holiday contest.
We gave out pizza to visitors eagerly awaiting Santa and the Pierce Park tree lighting at the Hometown Holiday event.

Chelsea High School’s Interact Club is starting out the holiday season with several fundraisers to help those in need. The students participated in bell ringing on December 9th at Polly’s Country Market to raise money for Salvation Army. Additionally, Interact is teaming with the Chelsea District Library and participating in the Ozone House supply drive to provide resources and support for homeless youth. There are large donation boxes in all 4 Chelsea Schools until December 20th if you would like to contribute! Anything from shampoo and conditioner to winter clothes or even gift cards to Target or Meijer would be greatly appreciated. In the spirit of the holidays, the students have adopted a family in need and are excited to help support this family and give them a wonderful Christmas.
